Burrata Di Bufala from the Puglia region of Italy. We also make the Puglia classic Burrata which is shredded mozzarella mixed with fresh cream filled into mozzarella pockets and closed by hand. The best part is when it's cut into and the cream oozes out. Best eaten on a pizza or as a salad or best as is.
