Red Poha (Flattened Red Rice) is coarse in texture and its colour is obtained due to the presence of naturally occuring pigments, similar to red rice. A popular breakfast dish across India, Red Poha is extremely easy to cook, does not have a strong flavour of its own, and carries seasonings and spices very well.
