Darima Farms - Aged Gruyere Cheese

Inspired by the Swiss Gruyere, our cheese boasts a sweet nutty flavor which gets stronger and complex when aged longer – between 3 to 15 months.

Serving Suggestions: Bread, fruit and mustard

Traditionally used as a melting cheese with Emmental for cheese fondue it works well for grilling in sandwiches too. Use it in baking quiches, cheese puffs, frittatas, cheese soufflés, and omelets.

Suggested Pairings: Champagne, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Zinfandel and Merlot
